Conform to the current medical standards
Development services are sustained by our quality department who insure we have calibrated test equipment and that everything follows the described formal process, as defined by the medical standards ISO 13485. All of our designed and produced medical systems comply with the Directive 93/42/EEC.

Industrialization before production
Once the prototype has received all the necessary approvals, the device will go through several engineering cycles in order to prepare all necessary documentation for production and also to reduce the cost of manufacturing.

Designing products for manufacturing
Design for Manufacturing (DFM) is an approach to product design that systematically includes considerations of manufacturability throughout the entire design process.

In order to design for DFM, the development team needs to understand how products are manufactured through their experience in manufacturing, training and through rules or guidelines. A permanent feedback loop that capitalizes on the learning curve in the manufacturing sites ensures the design team has up to date information.
