Peter Ruppersberg Chief Executive Officer Medical Doctor. 16 years in senior management positions. Previously a scientist and member of Nobel Prize winning Max-Planck-Institute team (single channel recording from neurons), he entered the Medical Technology Industry as an inventor of a novel therapeutic principle. Before joining Valtronic Technologies as CEO, Peter was an investment partner in the private equity industry. His last position was at Patrimonium in Lausanne where he managed the recent acquisition of Valtronic Technologies.

Timothy Cline Vice President, Marketing & Sales Prior to joining Valtronic Technologies, Mr. Cline was Director of Sales & Marketing at Bobst SA, the worldwide leading supplier of packaging equipment. Previously he held various management positions in the semiconductor and electronics industry, working for and at leading component and equipment suppliers including IBM Microelectronics and ESI, a supplier of laser-based micro-engineering solutions. Timothy holds a Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) from the University of Strathclyde and a Bachelor's degree (BA) from the University of Minnesota.

Gregory Stoeckli Vice President Operations & Engineering Ing. Dipl, eMBA-MoT. Grégory has over 18 years experience in Medical Technology at various positions from development engineer to manager, including experience as co-founder of a medical technology start-up. Among his management experience, Gregory lead a systems engineering dept, a medical maintenance department of a university hospital, and at Valtronic he headed the complex medical systems unit, where he was involved in development, regulatory, marketing and international sales for various key accounts.

Charles Fontannaz Vice President Finance & Controlling Masters in Finance and Administration from HEC Lausanne and is a Swiss Chartered Accountant. Charles worked first for PricewaterhouseCoopers (from 1995 to 2005). As manager in the audit department, he served and advised a large range of clients (international as well as SME) in many different lines of business. He joined Audemars Piguet as Group Controller prior to joining Valtronic Technologies in 2006.

Bertrand Gabry Vice President Quality & Process Management PhD in Mechanical Engineering & Materials Sciences. 10 years in Senior Management positions in Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs activities. Before joining VTSU in 2005, Bertrand worked successively as Metrology Laboratory Manager in dimensional, electrical control, and as Quality Supplier Manager, quality control & tests in the automotive industry and for an American pneumatic components manufacturer based in France.

Alexandra Schorderet Vice President Corporate Performance & Business Systems Diplôme Fédéral de Gestionnaire en Informatique, Economic Studies Diploma – Georgetown University. 10 years in Business Systems (ERP) and Project Coordination Management positions. She entered IT at Ingersoll-Rand Switzerland, where she implemented a bi-lingual Helpdesk and a Lotus Notes driven CRM solution. Before joining Valtronic Technologies as ERP manager, Alexandra was in charge of several ERP migration projects for the MIGROS enterprises Optigal and Micarna.

Hervé Delabre Assistant Vice President Project Management Masters of Sciences in Electronics Engineering, Hervé has joined VT in 1998 for development and industrialization of medical and industrial microsystems. He deals with miniaturization activities for medical implants and contributed to the ISO13485 certification of Valtronic. His scope of work is from product definition to delivery of product and technical dossier for certification. He is currently responsible for project management activities.

Yannick Morlot Assistant Vice President Production Graduate in Mechanical Engineering and Management. Before joining Valtronic Technologies, Yannick had several experiences in all areas of supply chain (12 years), in medical, automotive and connectors industry. His previous (last) position was Purchasing and Planning Manager for Valtronic technologies.

Frédéric Mauron Assistant Vice President Strategic Account Production and micro-engineer, Frederic started at VT in 1993 as supply chain manager. 2004, he joined the Sales team as an area sales manager. In this function he developed a large network of key clients in the Medtec area. He is responsible for the management and development of strategy accounts.

Jean-Philippe Lonchampt Assistant Vice President Accounting and Administration Graduate from HEC Lausanne, Masters in Finance and Administration, he joined Valtronic in 1982. Over 25 years in management position at Valtronic as Finance and Administration Manager during periods so different as growth, consolidation, acquisition, restructuration, crisis, mergers, etc… He actively participated in implementing ERP in the subsidiaries of the group as well as due-diligence and financing procedures.

Mihai Osaci Head of operations Valtronic Technologies Romania SRL Electronic Engineer. In electronic development since 1988. Over fifteen years of experience in small business administration and as Technical and Operations Manager (CTO / COO). Mihail has worked at Valtronic since 2004 as Project / Program Manager in MEDTEC / ISO13485 certification.

Werner Zöllner Chairman of the board Medical Doctor in Dentistry and Pharmacist. 25 years experience in the medical industry with 20 years in senior management positions. 12 years in the Private Equity domain as an Investment Principal: Partner at Wellington Finance, Investment Partner with the L-Bank of Baden Württemberg and since 2009, Partner at Patrimonium Medical Technologies Advisors.
