Device assembly
Valtronic Technologies has the capability to provide turnkey manufacturing of your product, including the final assembly, thus providing you with product that is ready to use when it is received. If you already have someone to perform the final assembly we can work closely with them to seamlessly integrate our efforts.

Testing qualification
Valtronic Technologies offers the following qualification services:

• Quality plan development
• Qualification plans (standard and customized)
• Risk analysis (PFMEA & DFMEA)
• External audits (supplier, ESD, etc.)

The test and burn-in equipment is either developed and manufactured by Valtronic Technologies or provided by our customers.

Our manufacturing activities are described by a formal process, as defined by ISO-13485 and ISO9001.

Traceability
Valtronic Technologies retains Device History Records for a period of time at least equivalent to the lifetime defined with customers. Thus, upwards and downwards traceability of components and raw materials is guaranteed. The traceability is hard copy based and a fully secured external archiving is in place.

Valtronic Technologies can assist you with the burdensome task of parts procurement by working with suppliers to obtain the best delivery and price, leaving you more time to focus on your customers and less time worrying about when sub components are due. In addition, Valtronic Technologies, with its global resources and leading edge technology, is often times able to procure parts not available for general purchase. Using a leading edge MRP system Valtronic technologies can also plan for parts delivery when needed and maintain traceability on any subcomponent used.
